Leys Barn provides luxurious accommodation of the highest standard for up to eight people, perfect for a family holiday or a group of friends. Set in an idylic rural location close to Uplyme and a wlak or short drive to Lyme Regis and the stunning Jurassic Coast.
Double-height spacious lounge with flat-screen TV and sofas. Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with oven, hob and dishwasher.
Open-plan dining area with feature woodburning stove.
Snug with soft chairs, plenty of reading matter and games.
Bedroom 1, twin single beds or super king-size double bed, ensuite shower, hand basin and toilet.
Bedroom 2, twin single beds or super king-size double bed, ensuite wet room with walk in shower, hand basin and toilet.
Bedroom 3, twin single beds, ensuite shower, hand basin and toilet.
Utility room with hand basin and toilet and washing machine.
Stairs to 1st floor with galleried walkway overlooking the main living areas.
Bedroom 4, large room with twin single beds or super king-size double bed, lounge area with flat-screen TV and sofa. Bathroom, P-shaped bath with shower over, hand basin and toilet.
Changeover day is usually Saturday, but this is flexible outside school summer holidays.
You are very welcome to bring your horse with you on holiday – DIY livery is £75 per week per horse.

Prices are per week. Short breaks of 3 – 6 days may be available outside school holidays depending on availability.
Change over day is Saturday.
Please note that in addition to the prices quoted above, a £200 (£300 at Christmas/New Year) security deposit is payable to cover any damage or breakage. This is refunded after your holiday, provided there are no breakages and the barn is left in good condition.
A deposit of 1/3 of the holiday cost is payable on booking and the remaining balance is payable 8 weeks before the start date.
