The Barn offers all modern comforts and provides an excellent base for exploring the beautiful Devon countryside, Lyme Regis and the stunning Jurassic coastline.
The Annexe is a Grade II listed conversion and is perfect for two, with a characterful beamed combined living/dining/bedroom area with wood-burning stove, and a separate kitchen and bathroom.

The Pot Place
The Pot Place was originally set up by Frances Hillier, and is now run by Amanda Roberts.
While you are staying at Leys or in the Annexe, or if you live locally, you might be interested to visit the pottery studio for a workshop session, suitable for any age and complete beginners.
A place to enjoy nature and be inspired to be creative.
Had a fabulous week, and even the weather was kind to us. The Barn is very comfortable, with all the equipment we needed. Logs for the barbecue, which we enjoyed in the evening sunshine. Beach days at Lyme Regis, Sidmouth, Beer and Branscombe. Beer and Branscombe were dog friendly. Lovely walk to Lyme Regis.

Our holiday here has been wonderful – all our family came and stayed in the barn. We have enjoyed ourselves very much. The house has everything you could possibly want and MORE! One of the best holiday cottages we have been to and we will be returning for sure. The barn has been renovated to a very high standard, and credit to Jill for making us welcome. Even the weather was good to us!!
We really enjoyed our stay – a lovely, cosy place with a very helpful, kind host. An incredibly relaxing break in a very clean and welcoming cottage. We had everything we needed, and the surrounding areas are beautiful. We’d love to come back!

“How exciting to be [nearly] the first guests! We loved it here: the valley is absolutely stunning and the Annexe is gorgeous, really cosy and homely. Jill has been great: really friendly and helpful – offering to get the cot for us, etc. – and we loved the vegetables waiting for us. Walked down into Lyme Regis, and some walking around clifftops on Stonebarrow Hill and Golden Cap – what a beautiful area. Would love to come back!”
